These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the website www.eubronet.com (the “Website”).​

By merely using the Website you become a user. The use of the Website and of any of the services on the Website implies your acceptance as user, without any reservations of any kind, of each and every one of the present Terms of Use and of any special terms related to the use of the Website or any related services.

1. General information about EUBRONET

 

EUBRONET, which has no legal personality, is an independent European insurance-broking network and it only provides the professional data information of its members.

​All references on this Website to information, materials, and services apply to information only, unless otherwise stated. This Website is for informational purposes only.

​Consequently, EUBRONET itself does not practice insurance-broking nor is it a insurance company nor a partnership of insurance companies. The EUBRONET’s Partners render the aforesaid services.

2. Obligations of the user

The user undertakes, in general terms, to make appropriate use of the Website and any related services in accordance with the law, morals, public order and the provisions of these Terms of Use and any special terms that may be applicable, and must refrain from using them in any way that could prevent normal operation and enjoyment by users of the Website and any related services or that could harm or damage the rights and assets of EUBRONET, its suppliers, users or, in general, any third party.

​More specifically, when using the Website and any related services, and in compliance with the conditions listed below, none of which limit the general scope of the obligations established in the paragraph above, the user undertakes:​

(i) not to introduce, store or disseminate through the Website or any related services any computer program, data, virus, code or any other electronic instrument or device that might cause damage to the Website or to any of the related services, or to any equipment, systems or networks belonging to EUBRONET, its users, its suppliers or, in general, any third party, or that might otherwise be capable of causing any kind of alteration to them or preventing the normal operation thereof;​

(ii) not to create a false identity or impersonate the identity of another person or entity when using the Website or any related services;​

(iii) not to conceal or falsify in any way the origin of email messages, nor to intercept, delete or alter email messages from other users, nor to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam or junk mail;​

​The user shall be liable for any damages that EUBRONET, its users, its suppliers and, in general, of any third party may suffer directly or indirectly as a result of a breach of any of the obligations arising from these Terms of Use in relation to the use of the Website.

 

3. Intellectual and industrial property

 

The user accepts that the Website, its structure, contents, services and the computer programs used in connection with it (the “Website’s Elements”) are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by EUBRONET or third parties.

​Unless authorized in writing by EUBRONET or by the owners of the respective rights, or unless it is legally permitted, the user must not reproduce, transform, alter, disassemble, develop reverse engineering, distribute, hire, lend, or make publicly available through any form of public communication any of the Website’s Elements.​

The user must not delete the signs identifying the intellectual, industrial and any other property rights of EUBRONET or third parties appearing on the Website and in any of the services offered through it. Users must also abstain from evading or manipulating any technical devices established by EUBRONET or by third parties on the Website or the Website’s Elements to protect their own rights.
