These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website www.eubronet.com (the “Website”).


By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you are acting in a professional/business capacity (B2B) and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

 

1. General information about EUBRONET and the Website

EUBRONET is an independent European insurance-broking network. EUBRONET itself has no legal personality and only provides professional information regarding its members/partners.


All references on this Website to information, materials, and services apply to information only, unless otherwise stated. This Website is for informational purposes only.


Consequently, EUBRONET itself does not practice insurance broking, is not an insurance company, and is not a partnership of insurance companies. The relevant services (if any) are rendered solely by EUBRONET’s partners/member firms.

2. No offers, no contract conclusion, no advic

The Website does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance, nor an invitation to conclude a contract. No contracts can be concluded via the Website.

 

Use of the Website and/or contacting EUBRONET or a partner (e.g., by email) does not establish an insurance broker–client relationship with EUBRONET, and does not, by itself, create any contractual relationship.

3. Obligations of the user (acceptable use)

 

The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the Website and any related services in accordance with the law, morals, public order, and these Terms of Use, and must refrain from using the Website in any way that could prevent its normal operation or harm the rights and assets of EUBRONET, its partners, suppliers, users, or any third party.


In particular, the user undertakes not to:


(i) introduce, store, or disseminate through the Website any computer program, data, virus, code, or any other electronic instrument or device that might cause damage to the Website or related services, or to any equipment, systems, or networks belonging to EUBRONET, its users, its suppliers, or any third party, or that might otherwise be capable of preventing their normal operation;


(ii) create a false identity or impersonate the identity of another person or entity;


(iii) conceal or falsify the origin of email messages, intercept, delete or alter email messages from other users, or send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam or junk mail;


(iv) use the contents or, in particular, any information obtained through the Website for sending unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam or junk mail, or for collecting or storing the personal data of third parties;


(v) destroy, alter, make useless, or damage data, information, software programs, or electronic documents of EUBRONET, its suppliers, users, or any third party;

 

(vi) infringe any industrial or intellectual property rights of EUBRONET, its suppliers, users, or any third party;


(vii) avoid, disable, or otherwise manipulate the security features of the Website or perform any other actions that may alter the conditions of access to and use of the Website.

The user shall be liable for any damages that EUBRONET, its users, its suppliers, and any third party may suffer directly or indirectly as a result of a breach of these obligations, to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

4. Intellectual and industrial property
The user accepts that the Website, its structure, contents, services, and the computer programs used in connection with it (the “Website Elements”) are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by EUBRONET or third parties.


Unless authorized in writing by EUBRONET or by the owners of the respective rights, or unless it is legally permitted, the user must not reproduce, transform, alter, disassemble, develop reverse engineering, distribute, hire, lend, or make publicly available through any form of public communication any of the Website Elements.


The user must not delete signs identifying the intellectual, industrial, and any other property rights of EUBRONET or third parties appearing on the Website and in any services offered through it. Users must also refrain from evading or manipulating any technical devices established by EUBRONET or by third parties on the Website or the Website Elements to protect their rights.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no warranties are given regarding accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EUBRONET and the Website operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of (or inability to use) the Website, including any indirect or consequential loss.

 

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or third-party content (e.g., social media sharing functions, map services). Such features are provided for convenience only. EUBRONET and the Website operator do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

EUBRONET reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time without notice.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Belgium, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.


The courts of Antwerp, Belgium shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use and/or the use of the Website, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
